Terms & Conditions for AI Process Journal

By using the AI Process Journal, a service provided to students for free by Kigumi Group, you agree to follow these rules.

I confirm that I am using this tool with my school's or teacher's knowledge and permission.

This platform is strictly for educational assignments and learning.
I will use the platform only to create my own AI Process Journals and not to upload anything that is not directly relevant to my AI Process Journal and learning process.

We do not ask for any more information from you than we need to help you create and receive your AI Process Journal. Likewise, you agree not to share any personal contact information (like your phone number, home address, or social media handles) on this platform.

Any work I create and submit remains mine, but I give the AI Process Journal platform permission to anonymously review the content and non-personal details of my AI Process Journals in order to improve the AI Process Journal service for me and other users.
The AI Process Journal platform does not change or alter the information I provide it. Thus, I take full responsibility and ownership for any inaccuracies present in my AI Process Journals and will not hold the AI Process Journal platform or Kigumi Group Ltd. or any of its staff or employees liable or responsible for inaccurate information contained in the end product of my AI Process Journal.

I promise to use the AI Process Journal with the intention to enhance my academic integrity and to help avoid or lower the risks of plagiarism.
I promise that the information and photos provided to the platform in order to make my AI Process Journal are accurate to the best of my ability and knowledge as of the date of submission.
